Rehabilitation of Rumbek and Yambio Power Stations
The Rehabilitation of Rumbek and Yambio Power Stations Project was successfully completed with our scope focused on supervision, coordination, and essential support services to ensure smooth project execution. Our responsibilities included supervising works and facilitating all technical and material requests from the engineers, carrying out associated civil works such as the installation of light poles and lighting networks, and providing full accommodation and logistics support. In addition, we were responsible for supplying daily needs and managing day-to-day logistical requests for the project teams, contributing to the timely and effective completion of the rehabilitation works at both power stations.

The Solar-Powered Water Wells Project in the Republic of South Sudan was implemented to improve access to safe and reliable water for local communities. The project included drilling water wells, completing all associated civil works, and supplying and installing submersible water pumps, solar panels, elevated water tanks, and protective fencing. By integrating renewable solar energy with durable water infrastructure, the project will deliver sustainable, low-maintenance water systems that support long-term community water needs.
